Islands Magazine recently named Hot Springs National Park one of “The Most Dog-Friendly National Parks in America”, and it’s easy to see why.

Hot Springs National Park welcomes dogs on all 26 miles of its scenic trails, as long as they’re leashed.

 

Whether you’re strolling the Hot Springs Mountain Trail or exploring the Gulpha Gorge, you and your pup can soak in the sights — and maybe even stop for a photo op with the historic bathhouses below.

Head to the Fordyce Bathhouse Museum & Visitors Center, where your pup can take the BARK Ranger pledge and be sworn in by a real park ranger — complete with a certificate and badge.
