Pack the leash and the treats — it’s road trip time! 🚗🐶 |
Islands Magazine recently named Hot Springs National Park one of “The Most Dog-Friendly National Parks in America”, and it’s easy to see why.
From tail-wagging hikes to brewery breaks, Hot Springs is a canine paradise in the heart of Arkansas.
🌲 Trails Made for Two (or Four)
Hot Springs National Park welcomes dogs on all 26 miles of its scenic trails, as long as they’re leashed.
Whether you’re strolling the Hot Springs Mountain Trail or exploring the Gulpha Gorge, you and your pup can soak in the sights — and maybe even stop for a photo op with the historic bathhouses below.
🍺 Paw-Friendly Pints at Superior Bathhouse Brewery
After your adventure, head to Superior Bathhouse Brewery, the only brewery in the world that brews its beer using natural thermal spring water.
The patio is dog-friendly, and they even offer free bandanas for furry visitors!
🎖 Become a “BARK Ranger”
Your dog can even earn an official title! 🐾
Head to the Fordyce Bathhouse Museum & Visitors Center, where your pup can take the BARK Ranger pledge and be sworn in by a real park ranger — complete with a certificate and badge.
It’s one of the most adorable traditions in the National Park Service! |
